Gustavson & Associates LLC is a small design studio located in the Dallas – Ft. Worth Metroplex. Our team is dedicated to creating unique and personalized designs that reflect the needs and wants of our clients. We have been designing projects for both custom home builders and families for many years, and our expertise has taken us across the country.
Our founder, Allen Gustavson, is an AutoDESK Certified Instructor for AutoCAD and AutoCAD Architecture. He is also a Certified Instructor for Robert McNeel and Associates “Rhinoceros” (3D solid modelling software). With over 30 years of teaching experience in the public school system, Allen has retired from teaching but continues to apply his passion for design to every project.
We have designed projects in various locations throughout the Dallas – Ft. Worth Metroplex, including Dallas, Ft. Worth, Highland Park, University Park, Allen, Plano, Prosper, Keller McKinney, Lewisville, Lucus, Parker, Rockwall, Heath, Forney, Union Valley, Poetry, Royse City, Lavon, McClendon-Chisolm, Greenville, Caddo Mills, Sunnyvale, Fate, Balch Springs, St. Paul, and Wylie. We have also successfully received design approval in many local HOA communities, including Seis Lagos in Wylie/Lucas, Kingsbridge in Wylie/Parker, Parker Ranch in Parker, Buffalo Creek in Rockwall, Heath Crossing in Heath, Ridge Lakes in Heath, Providence in Heath, Wyndemere in Heath, Chandlers Landing in Rockwall, Stone Canyon in Sunnyvale, High Point Lake Estates in McClendon-Chisolm, and Colina Creek in Farmersville.
We have also designed homes in many lake front communities including multiple homes on Lake Fork, Cedar Creek Lake, Lake Texoma and Lake Tawakoni.
